Chicken Broccoli Pasta With Sundried Tomatoes

Okay I should warn you that I sort of made this recipe up, but it turned out pretty well. There's a dish at Macaroni grill with sundried tomatoes that I love so I tried to make my own watered-down Jenny version.

pre-cooked grilled chicken strips
1 cup frozen broccoli
1 cup sundried tomatoes
approx. 10 oz. penne or bowtie pasta
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups milk

Cook pasta according to package directions. Add frozen broccoli for the last 3 minutes of cook time.

For the sauce, melt the butter in a skillet then add flour and stir until well combined. Pour in milk and stir. Add chicken and sundried tomatoes and cook until heated through.

Combine once both are finished and stir.

This is just going to sound crazy, and desperate...but here goes.
You no doubt are wondering who this is...let me explain. I met you when you came to drive your brother to college, and you stayed with Megan Rasmussen.
This is Jackie, her interior designer. We had gone down to Basset Furniture, and that is where we met!
I do have a point in commenting, and that is a question about when you were making, and storing baby food for your darling kids...how would you store it? Did you freeze it, or just make enough for the week, or what? You seem to be the expert on MANY things, of which I am very envious!
I'm sorry this is all in the comment box...as it is more then that!
You always seem to be up to so many fun things, and me and baby Lulu are sad that we don't have the beautiful weather that you seem to enjoy year round!
I'm planning on making the artichoke chicken...this is probably getting crazier and crazier!
I have your blog from the Scott's page. Hopefully this is not to crazy!
Thanks Jen!
