We make chili a lot. Just use a lot of canned or frozen stuff- chicken, beans, corn, tomatoes, seasonings, etc.- and throw it all in a pot and heat it up!

Grilled ham and cheese and spiced up tomato soup. Fastest thing ever, and my kids love it. You can make "pizza" soup by sprinkling in garlic salt, dried italian seasonings, and a bit of shredded cheese.
Go To meal when I don't have time is Tuna Biscuit Casserole. Super easy and yummy. 1 pkg refrigerated biscuits1 can of tuna1 can cream of celery1 c. milk1 T. parsley1 c. grated cheeseLine the bottom of a greased 9x13 with the biscuits (spread out). Mix the other ingredients except cheese into a sauce. Pour sauce over biscuits and top with cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Mmm.Go to meal to take to someone is usually lasagna or chicken broccoli casserole because I can split the recipe in two and my family can eat also.
