This is our new version of the best dessert ever! It is known to most people as Never on Sundae, The Cookie Monster or Cookie Skillet.... Here is How to make our version, as inspired by our friends Tim and Jessica!
Here are the Ingredients:
Brownie Mix, Cookie Dough, Whipped topping, Carmel and Chocolate Topping, and Ice cream.
Mix the Brownies according to directions and cook them for about 10 Min at 350. Then add the cookie dough, drop on top, throughout the entire pan of brownies, and cook for 20 more min. You don't want them cooked all way! The brownies and cookies should be warm and soft!
Scoop Ice Cream all over the top, then add the Whipped Cream, Carmel, and Chocolate across the top. Set it in the center of the table and pass out the spoons, we like to eat it right out of the pan!

YUM! It sounds like Ben and Jerry's Half Baked Ice Cream but better. I think we'll have to do this one for Family Night tomorrow.
Would you be able to add an email button to the posts so I can email this one to my sister?
thats what i'm talking about! you are my kind of dessert lover. I've had something like this but without the brownies (my roomates called it pazookie?) and it was sooo good. i have dreams about it sometimes, so with brownies i bet it is even better!
My sister talks about pazookies all the time - they're from BJ's Restaurant. I just emailed her the post because it made me think of her.
Thanks for putting up the email button.
Yum Yum! I love Pazookies! BJs is great!
I dont know where this recipe is from but...I want some!! Yummy! I think we need more dessert posts!
YOWZA! that looks dang good
First time I made this, I didn't like it and said I'd never make it again. It was just too much of everything! But my kids loved it, so instead of birthday cake, my son requested this dessert.
This time, instead of cooking it in a 9x13 pan, I made it in little ramekins. I also let them cool a little bit so that the ice cream didn't melt quite so fast. They were AWESOME! My favorite part of brownies is the edges, and the ramekins gave me lots of edge. The edge texture was a great complement to the gooey center. I will definitely make this one over and over again.
